1. Recognizing public funded childcare as a right for all workers.
2. To equip Anganwadi centres to function as quality crèches and day care centres by extending ICDS hours and activities.
3. Develop participatory, transparent, and accountable mechanisms at the local level for planning, implementation, and monitoring of all childcare programs with grievance redressal systems.
4. To ensure maternity rights to all women workers in informal employment, regardless of the number of children as mandated in the National Food Security Act 2013.
5. Recognizing childcare work as decent work.
6. An additional commitment of at least one percent of GDP for children under the age of six.
